Terms of Sale
Light Craft Manufacturing Inc. does not ship C.O.D. All orders that have not been approved for an open account must be prepaid using a company check or via credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Upon Credit approval, credit terms are strictly NET 30 days. Late payments will delay future shipments. If an account lapses to 90 day status, credit priviledges will be revoked. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be approved by calling a customer service representative and receiving a valid RMA#, any returns without a valid RMA# will be refused at the time of delivery. Custom work is absolutely Not Returnable.
Bulb/Lamps and transformers are not included in the cost of the light fixture unless otherwise specified.
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Warranty
Light Craft Manufacturing Inc. is proud to stand behind the quality of our products.
We will replace and/or repair defective parts and products do to the fault of Light Craft Manufacturing Inc. for a period of one year from the date of purchase from the original buyer. This warranty is limited to and does not cover the repair of damaged products resulting from the improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, shipping and/or transit damages. Warranty is void if any modifications and/or repairs by the user have been made to the original product.
Light Craft Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue product specifications, designs, and pricing without incurring obligation. In the event a product is discontinued, a product of equal quality and value may be substituted within the one year period.
